BYSTRONIC NK Series Laser Nozzles

The BYSTRONIC NK series is a composite nozzle designed for the **ByStar** 

series fiber laser cutting machines, and is a core consumable among wear parts.

 It is primarily suitable for nitrogen cutting of stainless steel, aluminum, and other

 sheet metal. Its core features are as follows:

- Double-layer structure (composite nozzle): The central orifice sprays laser light,

 while multiple peripheral orifices spray auxiliary gas. Compared to traditional 

single-layer nozzles, it offers a larger gas flow rate, more effectively removing

 molten metal and significantly improving the cut surface quality of thick stainless

 steel plates.

- Main advantages:

- Slag-free cutting: Reduces slag buildup at the bottom when cutting thick plates.

- Increased efficiency: Allows for increased cutting speeds at certain thicknesses.

- Gas saving: Consumes less gas than traditional nozzles at the same pressure.

- Common specifications: Depending on the cutting thickness, orifice diameters are

 typically available in 2.0 mm (medium-thick plates), 3.0 mm (thick plates), and 4.0 

mm (extra-thick plates).

- Compatibility: Primarily compatible with ByStar Fiber series cutting heads.
