FEATURES

1.Excellent arc ignition performance: Easy to ignite, the arc is very stable and concentrated,

 making it particularly suitable for low current (such as thin plate welding) and precision welding.

2.Strong resistance to burn-off: Under the same current, its end-grinding retention is superior 

to pure tungsten electrodes, resulting in a long service life and reduced downtime for replacement.

3.Wide range of applicable currents: Suitable for both AC and DC. Performs perfectly under DC, 

and while not as good as zirconium-tungsten electrodes under AC, it performs well under sine

 or square wave AC.

4.Low pollution risk: Contains no radioactive elements (unlike thorium-tungsten), making it an

 environmentally friendly electrode with minimal radiation hazard during grinding.
