CUTTING MACHINE CONSUMABLE
SUITABLE FOR: EAA LASER
CUTTING CONSUMABLES CUTTING HEAD

Core Features
· High-Precision Positioning and Airflow Guidance: Achieves precise locking with the laser head via an M12 thread,
ensuring the nozzle's center is highly aligned with the beam axis. Simultaneously, it utilizes a unique single-layer
inner wall geometry to rectify the assist gas (nitrogen/oxygen) into a vertical airflow, effectively expelling molten slag.
· Optimized Cutting for Medium-to-Thick Plates: Offers a range of single-layer aperture specifications spanning from
0.8mm to 2.7mm. Smaller apertures focus the airflow for cutting thin plates, while larger apertures (≥2.0mm) increase
flow volume for cutting thick plates (>10mm), all while maintaining high efficiency in slag expulsion.
· Physical Durability: The main body is constructed from copper (red copper), leveraging its high thermal conductivity to
rapidly dissipate heat and protect the front lens from thermal damage. Furthermore, the chrome-plated variant features
a high surface hardness, effectively resisting the adhesion of metal spatter generated during the cutting of medium-to-thick plates.
Special Note: The single-layer structure is a core feature of the EAA series. Compared to the general-purpose EAU (double-layer)
nozzles, the EAA design prioritizes maximum airflow volume over gas consumption economy; it is therefore particularly
well-suited for use with high-power (6kW–7kW) equipment when piercing and cutting thick plates.
